Fethiye - Kalkan  via Göcek, Gemiler, Kekova & Kas

The perfect way to explore the stunning coastline in a manner available to only the few, swimming in pristine inlets and discovering remote bays all in complete luxury. The itinerary is ideally balanced between remote bays, picturesque harbours and Cultural Sites.  

Day 1- Saturday -  Fethiye

Transfer from Dalaman Airport to your gulet and the first night is spent in Fethiye marina or in a bay nearby.

Day 2, 3 -  Sunday - Monday - Gocek

The next two days are spent leisurely exploring the unspoilt islands of the Gulf of Göcek and Fethiye with plenty of time for sailing water sports and excursions ashore. Should guests wish to spend an evening in the harbour of Göcek this is possible on Monday.

Day 4 – Tuesday - Turunc Pinari - St Nicholas Island

Motor across to the Fethiye side of the Gulf, we will pause for lunch at Turunç Pinari. The afternoon can be spent enjoying market day in the harbour town of Fethiye before cruising the Fethiye peninsula. The evening will be spent in the shadow of the ruins of St Nicholas Island.

Day 5 - Wednesday - Furnaz Bay - Butterfly valley - Kekova

 

We make an early start and pause for breakfast at Furnaz Bay, or serve as we cruise. The rest of the day is spent exploring a remarkable stretch of coast.  The cruise follows the Yediburunlar coastline past Olu Deniz, the canyon gorge of Butterfly valley and the never-ending sands of Patara, the longest beach in the Mediterranean.  We will then visit the pretty harbour town of Kalkan before arriving in the Kas region for lunch, venturing onto the picturesque sunken city of Kekova and the villages of Kale and Uçagiz.
 

Day 6 - Thursday- Kekova - Ucagiz - Myra and St. Nicholas

 

We continue to explore the stunning Kekova region, visiting the small village of Kale where we recommend Guests climb to the castle- top at Uçagiz.  We cruise the well-known sunken city of Kekova. If any of your party is interested in visiting the ancient sites of Myra and St. Nicholas then the captain will be pleased to tweak your itinerary (only reducing swimming time).
 

Day 7 - Friday - Aperlae - Kas - Limanagzi Bay

 

We cruise along the coast to Sicak for lunch. There is plenty of time in the afternoon to explore the ancient city of Aperlae. Much of the city is submerged and the rest clings to the water’s edge, the best explored by snorkelling over it. After lunch, the gulet cruises towards the Turkish harbour town of Kas. Late afternoon is spent in Limanagzi Bay- opposite Kas harbour.  Guests have the choice of mooring in Kas harbour or Bucak Marina.
Please note that if the party would prefer to spend the evening in a more secluded bay, the itinerary can be amended to enable guests to visit Kas market and explore the town before spending the evening in Limanagzi Bay.

Day 8 - Saturday - Kalkan

After breakfast, we will explore the local region, before disembarking in Kalkan harbour. And later on transfer to Dalaman Airport for your flight back to the UK.
