8 days from Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Hvar, Korcula, Mljet to Dubrovnik

Day 1: Arrive Zadar

You will be transferred from the airport or Zadar hotel to the port for embarkation. Get settled, and later join your fellow “sailors” for a Welcome Reception and Dinner. (D)

Day 2: Zadar – Sali

Zadar historical center is a compact pedestrian zone, perfect to explore on foot. Set out on a walking tour and admire the old walls built in 16th century by Venetians as a defense from the Turks. You will also see the 16th century Port Gate where the Venetian lion still guards the entrance, the Square of the Five Wells, hurch of St. Donat , the Roman Forum (1st century BC) and the largest cathedral in Dalmatia, St. Anastasia . Return to the ship and enjoy your lunch while sailing to Sali. Explore the town tonight, and have dinner on your own in one of the restaurants. (B, L)

Day 3: Sali – Sibenik

Take in the scenic wonderlands of two National Parks today. Start in Kornati , home to more than 140 islands with numerous coves and crystal clear waters. Stop for a swim during your lunchtime cruise. Next up is Krka , with its magnificent waterfalls. After your visit here, coach to Sibenik where your yacht is anchored. Your evening is at leisure in town. (B, L)

Day 4: Sibenik – Trogir – Split

Take a break for a swim during your morning cruise. Continue sailing through lunch, arriving this afternoon in the UNESCO-listed city of Trogir. There’s time on your own before heading to Split. Here, a walking tour of the historic inner city takes you to the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace , a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. (B, L)

Day 5: Split – Bol – Hvar

Stop in Bol on Brac Island, said to have the best beach in Croatia, the Golden Horn. This vast, golden pebble beach is unique, as it changes shape and position depending on the winds. Go for a swim in the clear blue waters before sailing to the island of Hvar. Enjoy a sightseeing tour including the first public theatre in Europe (older than Shakespeare’s theatre in the UK), the Franciscan Monastery, and many more historic sights. The evening is free to explore Hvar and to dine on your own at one of the excellent restaurants. (B, L) Note: Due to the limited capacity of the Hvar harbor (during peak season in July and August) port of call can be substituted for Stari Grad/Jelsa. In that case transfer by bus will be organized to and from Hvar.

Day 6: Hvar – Korcula – Mljet

After breakfast set sail for Korcula, with an early afternoon arrival. Korcula town is thought to be the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Take a walking tour through its narrow, cobbled streets and visit the majestic Gothic-Baroque Cathedral of St. Mark . Continue sailing to the island of Mljet, where you will enjoy the afternoon tour of Mljet National Park , as you walk around the Great and Small Lakes. This lovely island was supposedly a favorite holiday spot for the Greek hero Ulysses! Tonight, enjoy captain’s dinner with live entertainment on board your ship. (B, L, D)

Day 7: Mljet – Dubrovnik

In the morning sail to Dubrovnik, so called “Pearl of Adriatic,” a UNESCO World Heritage site. While in Dubrovnik, take a walking tour of the old town and visit the Rector’s Palace and Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy . Remainder of the day is free; perhaps discover this lovely city on own or enjoy last minute souvenir shopping. (B, L)

"A week's trip on Perla del Mar captained by Mustafa, with chef Dohan, and crew Cem, Emre and Meric turned out to be the best family holiday we had ever booked. Akin's recommendation of the boat was spot on. Dohan's menu and cooking was absolutely excellent. The crew went out of their way to assist us at every opportunity and their care and attention to the children on the trip was exemplary. There wasn't a single fault that on the whole trip, the transfers worked perfectly, the crew were there to greet us at Marmaris and led us through the alleys to the waterside where the amazing boat in front of us was to be ours for a week. We were all taken aback and realised that Mum's mad dream was coming to fruition. A holiday found by google, sold to us by Akin who took the trouble to explain everything turned out to be beyond the dreams of all of us. Canoeing in quiet coves, swimming and snorkelling to our hearts content then served with drinks and snacks before amazing meals and enjoying the trips between coves became the order of each day. I can firmly recommend this holiday to anyone. It was simply amazing." Christine - 25 May 2025

" We went to Diamond Star experience because they offer multi-centre holidays and had good ratings. We were in no way disappointed with what was organised. We said that we wanted a few days in Athens and then a week on a relatively quiet island. Akin made a proposal (Athens then Naxos) and then, when we agreed, organised everything. The Athens hotel was central and accessible to the main sites and to restaurants, and was of very good quality. The choice of Naxos for the island was equally good and we stayed in an excellent three star hotel on the edge of the town within easy reach of the beach and restaurants. All transfers were efficiently organised and even when there was a transport hiccup (our fault!) there was a phone call from the Athens back-up team within the hour to find out what had happened.
Thank you very much, Akin and staff, for a really enjoyable holiday and for service which can be easily be recommended.
