The Swan Lake Boutique Hotel was established in Selimiye , one of the most tranquil corners of the Aegean, in order to offer a peaceful vacation to its guests. The architectural style uses the natural materials and textures of the region with the hotel consisting of two stone houses, between which a pool is located. Four rooms in the upper floor are equipped with balconies and four rooms on the ground floor have wide garden-level terraces. The balconies and terraces are positioned so that guests can experience panoramic views of Selimiye Bay and the village.

Swan Lake is a boutique hotel that has eight uniquely designed rooms, each of which is named after a famous Turkish poet. All rooms are 35m ² and furnished with handmade solid wood furniture. Textiles are designed and produced using natural materials exclusively for the Swan Lake. Natural stone has been used in the bathrooms, which are decorated with custom designed ceramic fittings. For those who wish to enjoy quality leisure time in a calm and romantic atmosphere, the hotel is surrounded by greenery and colorful flowers across the 1300m ² site.

The 65m ² pool is 9 metres in diameter and equipped with a Counterflow Swimming System, which provides the opportunity for continuous swimming towards Selimiye Bay as well as having a massage.
