The villa ‘Mavi Kelebek’ (Blue Butterfly) is located in one of the wildest and most scenic shores of the Mediterranean in the Turkish port town of Kalkan.

The detached luxury villa (built 2015) sits in a hillside location overlooking the picturesque bay of Kalkan.

Equipped with high quality furnishings and modern technology, the villa is flooded with light from the facade of glass and offers stunning sea views. It offers 390 square metres of accommodation for up to 14 people.

The villa has 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and hand basin. Two of the bedrooms have an additional Jacuzzi. 5 bedrooms have direct access to the sea-facing terraces or balconies.

On the first floor is a home cinema equipped with a flat screen TV and speaker system. A PlayStation is available. An open plan ground floor contains a designer kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances.

The living area features a cozy seating area and a dining table for up to 14 people for relaxing moments. There's a fireplace on cooler days in autumn or spring for heat and a large flat screen TV for entertainment.

The pool terrace is partly covered; in the rear patio area is a fireplace grill. The pool is heated by a solar system and has a countercurrent system.

Video surveillance, alarm system, safe and internet access are available. The villa complex comprises 2 garages. In the basement there is a water tank with a volume of 40 m3, a 25kW generator and an electrical regulator of 60kW.

The bed linen / towels are changed weekly at no extra cost. Garden and pool are maintained daily.

Garage: In the basement there is a water tank with a volume of 40 m3, so there won’t be any water cut problems and a generator of 25kW so electricity cut is also in no concern for the villa (which is quite frequent during summer time).

Kalkan is a harbour town which just oozes the flavour of Turkey. You will be enchanted by its narrow streets and cobbled alleyways leading up the hillside surrounding the harbour.Kalkan is the kind of laid-back, lazy resort where time can pass doing virtually nothing except relaxing, soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying your holiday.

Kalkan has an excellent choice of restaurants serving authentic local cuisine and freshly-caught fish, as well as a number of lively bars.
