The property is reached via a small coastal lane from Kalkan harbour and has a secluded position overlooking the sea, yet it is still possible to walk into the main part of town. The boutique hotel is spread across the hillside and offers the opportunity to relax either by the pool or by the sea, with an attentive and discreet service provided by hotel staff.

The main building houses six of the spacious suites which are situated over three floors. The suites all offer stunning sea views with arguably the best panoramas found in the Penthouse, on the top floor. In addition, there are 3 Thai-style suites hidden away in the gardens.

From all guests have just a short amble out onto the terrace, to enjoy a leisurely breakfast which can be taken throughout the morning while enjoying the most dramatic of waterfront settings.

Airy and light, with white walls have and streaks of colour, there are traditional furnishings with a mix of antiques from vanity desks to chaise-longs. Four-poster beds are draped in linen and marble bathrooms have large drench showers and or roll-top baths which are the perfect way to imbibe the deep blue sea. Naturally, both inside and out the sea views are simply extraordinary.
