Itinerary

Day 1: UK to Cairo

Fly to Cairo with EgyptAir, where you’ll be met by our representative for a private transfer to your hotel. If time allows, you may enjoy the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids for an atmospheric start to your Egypt holiday.

Days 2–3: Cairo – Pyramids, Sphinx & Egyptian Museum

Spend two days discovering Cairo’s world-famous sights. Optional full-day tours include the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum, and the lively Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. Enjoy free time for shopping or exploring Cairo at your own pace.

Day 4: Cairo to Luxor – Begin Your Nile Cruise

Fly to Luxor and transfer to your Nile Cruise, your home for the next seven nights as you sail the world’s most legendary river.

Day 5: Luxor West Bank – Valley of the Kings

Visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to your cruise and begin sailing south towards Edfu.

Day 6: Edfu – Temple of Horus

Visit the magnificent Temple of Horus, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. Later, continue sailing along the Nile, passing Kom Ombo en route to Aswan.

Day 7: Aswan – High Dam & Philae Temple

Explore Aswan’s main highlights including the High Dam, the granite quarries and Unfinished Obelisk, and the beautiful Temple of Isis on Philae Island. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing felucca sail around Kitchener’s Island.

Day 8: Optional Abu Simbel

Optional excursion to the spectacular Temples of Abu Simbel. In the evening, the Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple is also available.

Day 9: Kom Ombo – Twin God Temple

Sail to Kom Ombo and visit its unique double temple dedicated to Haroeris and Sobek.

Day 10: Luxor – Karnak & Luxor Temples

Return to Luxor to visit the impressive Temple of Karnak and Temple of Luxor, once linked by the Avenue of Sphinxes. Optional Sound & Light Show in the evening.

Day 11: Luxor to the Red Sea

Disembark and travel by private, air-conditioned car to your chosen Red Sea resort. Settle in and enjoy your first evening by the coast.

Days 12–14: Red Sea – Leisure & Relaxation

Three full days to unwind beside the Red Sea. Enjoy warm waters, snorkelling, diving, spa treatments or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The Red Sea is ideal for both adventure and pure relaxation.

Day 15: Homeward Bound

Transfer to Hurghada Airport for your return flight to the UK with EgyptAir. Leave with unforgettable memories of Egypt’s ancient wonders, river landscapes and serene coastal beauty.
