This unique hotel, with its stunning lakeside setting has been welcoming guests to stay in stylish luxury since 1929. The only 5 star hotel in Lake Bled, this charmingly elegant hotel has played host to guests including Paul McCartney, Vivian Leigh and Arthur Miller.

It is built right on the lake, and the Lake lounge offers panoramic views towards the picturesque island church and castle, and is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif, to the accompaniment of the piano. In summer guests can enjoy a dip in the lake from the private lido area or simply admire the scenery, whilst soaking up the sun, on the lakeside terrace.

The Grand Hotel Toplice benefits from natural, thermal springs bubbling up under the hotel, which are channelled into the beautiful indoor spa pool.

This hotel is the perfect spot from which to enjoy Lake Bled. It has a quaint charm, preserving an atmosphere of days gone by. The dress code for dinner is smart casual, at the main restaurant and intimate a la carte restaurant, Julijana, where reservations are a must.

Lake Bled is popular with visitors of all ages, from the energetic who want to hike in the surrounding hills and gorges, to those who want to simply admire the views. And what stunning views they are! To the eastern end of the lake perches the dramatic Bled Castle, on top of a sheer cliff. To the west is Bled Island, with its picture-postcard church rising from amongst the trees.
