Within its exquisite location, hotel accommodation consists of 7 different Mansions spread gracefully over the sloping terrain, with delightful landscaping connecting the living areas to one another.

Décor and furnishings display an aesthetic faithfulness to the spirit of the original settlement with exquisite interior decorating. Combined with the proprietors’ superior service philosophy, this award-winning establishment is striving to create distinction in the region. If you dream of getting lost in a fairytale land or hearing the whispers of history in the underground tunnels that connect the hotel residences, the doors of the Argos Hotel are open to you.

Each room and each mansion offers a different window onto a hauntingly beautiful backdrop; living spaces are interconnected with lush gardens and sun-soaked terraces that afford panoramic views extending from the foothills of Uçhisar Fortress to Güvercinlik Valley, all the way beyond the endless steppe to majestic Mount Erciyes.

The restaurant serves local dishes rich in cultural and historic heritage and fine wine made from the "Kalecik Karasi", "Siraz" and "Misket" grapes lovingly tended in Argos’ own vineyards - some of which are integrated into the garden landscaping of the hotel - are presented to guests to savour and enjoy.

Rooms

The 51 rooms in argos in Cappadocia, designed to blend in with the landscape and historical texture of the region and meticulously built in 24 years, promise 51 different experiences to their guests. Overlooking the Pigeon Valley, Mount Erciyes and fairy chimneys, the 51 rooms on graded terraces offer a unique pastoral feast for the eye. They can be divided into four categories based on their size (m2). It is also safe to say that there are “51 different categories". Offering fireplace, terrace or cave alternatives, these unique rooms, each with a different aura and personality, share the same gusto. Rustic niches and corners shaped by the volcanic rocks in the region create living spaces that combine traditional Turkish handicrafts with modern furniture in great harmony. Both locally and internationally recognized as the “Most Romantic” and the “Best Wedding Hotel”, argos in Cappadocia is the choice of honeymoon couples with rooms featuring private pools – a rarity.

Standard/Stone Room

Beds: 1 King-size Bed

Argos’s standard stone rooms, which were made by master builders who worked the stones like lapidaries in an endeavor to offer you all the award-winning features of argos in Cappadocia, await you to have an unforgettable experience. With its folkloric details and fireplace and balcony alternatives, they promise a completely different experience and different memories with each stay.

Deluxe Rooms

Beds: 1 King-size Bed or 2 Twin-size Beds

The mystical atmosphere, antique Turkish rugs and carefully selected furnishing in these special rooms, which were virtually built by kneading not by carving the stone, will immerse you in the historical fabric of the region. The fact that each of the rooms that offer a fireplace or balcony alternative vary in their style and design creates the allure to experience a different room in each stay.

Suites

Each of these elegant suites, masterfully designed by combining local stones and wood, has a separate living room where you can relax. When you want to enjoy the unique view, the terrace, balcony or courtyard is at your disposal. The suites, where modern furniture meets traditional Turkish carpets and handicrafts, feature eye-catching classical architectural details such as arches and vaulted ceilings. Fireplaces in some of the suites are also ideal for enjoying the heat and relaxing during the winter months and unwinding after your Cappadocia trip.

Splendid Suites

Private Pool in the Room

Ash, sand and lava! Components of tuff... Carved into tuff in which the region is highly rich, splendid suites with pools are ideal for those who do not compromise on their comfort and romance while staying in a cave. The name Cappadocia is thought to mean ‘land of beautiful horses’ and in Roman times the brood mares from Cappadocia were very highly prized indeed.

The region of Cappadocia is visually stunning; its haunting landscape is best seen from the air. We highly recommend you take a hot air balloon ride during your stay; it is the most popular way to enjoy the amazing scenery. Eerily resembling a moonscape, soft volcanic rock has sculpted caves, clefts and the magical ‘fairy chimneys’.

Cappadocia is known around the world as one of the best places to fly with hot-air balloons. The spectacular surrealistic landscape, combined with excellent flying conditions, allows the balloons to gently drift over and between fairy chimneys and pigeon houses hewn from the unique rock formations, through beautiful orchards and vineyards and impressive valleys with distinctive rock formations and features – and then float up over rippled ravines for breath-taking views across the region.

"We arrived home from Fethiye on Monday, and would just like to thank you and Akin for planning an amazing trip. The gulet was fantastic and as usual, the Ece Saray Hotel was lovely. The staff there are some of the best we have come across, and the breakfasts were great. We are looking ahead to 2023 and were wondering if you could arrange a quote for a similar trip."  Sue and Mike Fedeczko - 28 September 2022
