Ancient Turkey Tour

9 day tour: Istanbul - Ankara - Cappadocia - Konya - Pamukkale - Kusadasi | Prices from £1,350 per person

Turkey’s cultural heritage including Istanbul, Goreme, Sagalassos, Hierapolis, the Temple of Apollo, Necropolis and Ephesus and Kusadasi.

Sample Itinerary Hotels to Stay Places to Visit Optional Extras

Day 1 & 2: UK to Istanbul and the Old City

Fly to Istanbul and transfer to hotel for overnight in Istanbul. After breakfast, you will visit the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace and the Hippodrome. In the afternoon, you will have an option to have a half day Bosphorous cruise. Stay overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3: Ankara and Cappadocia

After breakfast, you will visit the capital city and the Mausoleum of the nation's founder, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Then you will depart for Cappadocia and overnight.

Day 4: Cappadocia

After breakfast, you will visit the Goreme Open Air Museum, Pasabag and Uchisar Castle. Then, you will be taken to a village where traditional carpet weaving can be observed. Stay overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 5: Konya

After breakfast, you will visit Kaymakli underground city before departing to Konya. Then, you will visit the Mevlana Museum and Alaeddin Mosque. Stay overnight in Konya.

Day 6 & 7: Pamukkale

After breakfast, you will visit the ancient site of Sagalassos. Stay overnight in Pamukkale. Next morning, again after breakfast, you will have the opportunity to see the ruins of Hierapolis, the Temple of Apollo, Necropolis, and white calcium terraces. Stay overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 8: Ephesus

After breakfast, you will visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis. Stay overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 9: Kusadasi

After breakfast, you will visit be transferred to the airport.

Flights are included in above prices, however price subject to change depending on flight departure airports and flight timings. We can book any flight from any airport on request.
